Did you bleed the hydraulic line (hydraulic bearing)? If the bearing isn't moving currently (and given your misaligned floaters), that could definitely cause the assembly to bind.

Nothing new. They said they will drop it Monday.

So question the starter binding with the flywheel can only happen when you turn the key and the solenoid pops out correct?

Oh ok, so chances that the flywheel got damaged maybe slim. It sounds like maybe the flywheel got over torqued and isn't spinning.

in my opnion, the only way it could get warped is if they were constantly rotating the assembly against its will. not sure how many times they clicked it over, but luckily they didnt burn the starter up beings it would turn the motor over and just click. what was the flywheel torqued to?

I'm not sure but I remember Athar put it to the specs you gave me then I had to take it off for some reason and I think I didn't torque it spec and its not letting it spin. I remember the specs were really low.

94-lb/ft for the flywheel
18-lb/ft for the pressure plate
