Default loading ems

im using a giga ware usb to serial adapter to load my ems on a windows vista computer and the computer isnt reading the sub port to ecu connection any ideas

make sure the USB to serial adapter is Vista approved. when I got my USB to serial adapter I made sure it had Vista drivers before I ordered it. once it's installed and working right you just treat it like a normal COM port. when you open the AEM Pro software don't select USB, select the COM port that the USB to serial port shows up as.
