I wonder if anyone else with a KW kit has noticed or checked their crank pulley for failure
Interesting. So not only does the cogged belt system destroy the kw kit itself, but also causes separation on the oem crank pulley, yay KW!

thanks for the encouragement, the biggest pain were the coolant lines. the -8AN braided SS lines were just too big to get them to seal on the tiny pipes, ended up going with 10mm silicone hose, hopefully it doesnt melt

That’s pretty crazy. I would be very concerned if I had a KW kit.

Yeah, and I cant believe after all the info that's out on these that people are still considering buying them. I really don't see any deeming performance over any of the other options that would warrant all the hassles and reliability issues. Are they that much cheaper then a $4500 tuner sos kit that is capable of 425-500whp?

You should give video overlays a try with aem data if you have aem infinity, i think aem v2 works aswell. Trying to get people on board so we can get a better feel for each set up.
If i can do it anyone can if your interested i'll link all the youtube tutorials..

so i understand how boost controllers work from reading https://www.s2ki.com/forums/s2000-fo.../#post19756202

but what do people run mostly?, 3 port solenoids wired into their ems? manual controller? a 3 port solenoid looks pretty cheap is that a good way to get the most out of a turbo setup safely?

3 port is more dynamic and allows you to make adjustments via the EMS versus getting out of your car and having to turn the knob.
