I was also going to suggest the TTS kit, but it's not stealthy / hidden.

As an owner of a KW and now a TTS kit is that the KW has never presented any problems over the past three years but it damn sure influenced me to get a larger Rotrex sc. Yes KW presented a couple of upgrades but most of the KW owners where a head of the curve anyway. What the TTS kit will bring is simply more horses.

No however to say the S never got hot to the point I wasn't concerned I would be untruthful. In several occasions there were other cars (track days) vomiting their brains out and the S was considerably hot but running with no hesitation. I changed out the radiator, moved the Setrab heat exchanger, and had a custom, higher capacity Rotrex oil reservoir made to fit the S. From that point my oil temps never exceeded 230 and the Rotrex oil, which I could now monitor never came close to exceeding the max inlet temp for the sc.

Thanks Elroy, you've been more than helpful!!

I doubt I'll ever do any track days though, so how was it on the street temperature wise??

The days that I actually get to drive the S to work or whatnot she holds in the ~219 area for oil temps. The premise of the Laminova heat exchanger (from Nascar) is that it stabilizes the oil and water temps by mainly cooling the oil temps once they build up to normal or when the engine is pushed. It also brings both temps up to normal operating temps faster. The S comes with an oem version but the efficiency is not that great. No problem with the questions, knowledge is power and when I made my decision it took me quite a while and a chit load of questions.

I've had my kit since April of 2009 and have yet to have any problems. I will agree that the suggested "upgrades" (https://www.s2ki.com/s2000/topic/883...t__p__21254863) are a good suggestion but I have yet to do any. I have about 10K on my kit and still love it. I would like to reach 450whp someday, but this kit will most likely not get me there. By spring I will have installed the "cam keys" (https://www.s2ki.com/s2000/topic/860...t__p__21258201) get re-tuned and that should get me to about 400whp and still at 10lbs. If you want to know more look at some of the links in my signature. If you have any further questions please feel free to ask.

I agree that the SOS kit is a great kit too, but I really like the stealthy look and sound of the Kraftwerks kit.

Just my 2 cents.

I have this kit as well and it has been nothing but good to me. I have however done the upgrades mentioned above and went with a even higher boost pulley. yes i know everyone says it will blow the rotrex to go higher than 10lbs , but then again everyone says my body kit is ugly and "do i listen/" NO!!!!

I also have the greddy ultimate and not one problem . There is an issue tho. I saw with kpro what can be done, so i will most lickley upgrade to that. I have seen what aem does and will never look at that direction ever again.

Also i do track (my tensioner did go out) After 3 days at the track reving first second and third up 9000 for 20 min sessions and 4 times a day. I have not tested the new gates tensioner(supposed upgrade) i have under that same strain but i will very soon.

Have fun with the kit. I have a hard time convincing people my car is boosted. They think the front mount is a radiator. I have also raced a 350+ comptech and vortec sc, lets just say they could not beleive i was at 10lbs and walked them like i did.. HEHEHEHE
