Camuman, that's is news to me. As I said if the blower overspun it's on KW the Ecu flash is the one from hondata and the pulley is the one for the high boost kit. If this is true then KW should honor warranty claims for a damaged blower using the old setup as well as make arrangements to have the Ecu reflash with a lower rev limiter. if the blower can't handle 8000 rpm shifts can't handle that then it wasn't designed well

I thought about piecing things here and there but not sure about it.

failure of the blower is actually more so due to sunshaft snapping. This is a result of compressor surge. The fact of the matter is that the recirc valve is not big enough to eliminate compressor surge and this puts a lot of stress on the sunshaft.

If you do decide to fix your KW kit. Then get a real BOV or a MUCH larger recirc valve and have a larger opening welded onto your charge pipe closer to the throttle body.

Grandmaster, the more I read regarding the KW kit the less I'm interested in replacing the blower. It just seems more of a hassle than it's worth and honestly I don't feel like its durable. Even though I do know people who have had it and track the car and have tons of miles on it, I probably just got a bad unit. But still their warranty policy doesn't sit well with me.

as i said before guys my goals are modest at the moment and i would be more than happy around 350-400. I have spoken to inline pro and they tell me that my goals are very easy and attainable and that they recommend a log style manifold for daily driving and my goals. So right now i think i may just go with a pfab manifold and turbonetics turbo and tial wastegate. All i would need extra is a downpipe, a new hot side intercooler pipe, tap the pan or front cover and just the hose and fittings. the manifold, turbo, and wastegate should run me about $1300 and i figure the DP & IC piping will be another $350. and my flash pro and a tune. I can actually do the dp dump tube, turb and manifold with pfab for like $1700. So i think thats the plan
