Update: motor is mocked up and so if the manifold, turbo is going to go on, and then we will be test fitting it into the engine bay. Still a bunch of little things to do here and there but it's coming along.

Awesome build! I have same manifold with EFR 7670 turbo 1.05 A/R. If i could go back id get an EFR turbo one size smaller. I should be around 600whp i havnt dynod yet but i think the turbo should be good for 650whp which im not planning on running huge tires or slicks so its overkill on the street which is why i recomend one size smaller...

Is the Manifold ceramic coated? If i could of done it differently i wouldve sent the manifold to swain tech and get their white lightning ceramic coating because the thing puts out massive heat even with dei titanium wrap.

Also if your interested id sell my ID 1300 e85 compatible injectors ( They are maxing out i need ID 1700 for my set up)

Thanks man! I was considering the 7163 but ultimately went with the g30660, however, I'm thinking of the g30770 should this not meet my needs both with a .82 AR. My manifold is in fact ceramic coated. How much boost are you running for the 600whp and around what rpm range are you making full boost?

Itll hit 23psi at 4600 rpm which is probably too much too early for a stock shortblock anyway but so far its held together i run out of injector at around 20psi in high rpm

With your engine out like that its a perfect time to do a leakdown test and a boost leak check btw! I was surprised howbmany leaks i had in intake manifold connectors even the air temp sensor gasket leaked on my 04

We did two leakdowns, one as the motor was received as a runner the numbers were cyl 1 - 3% cyl 2 - 12% cyl 3 - 2% cyl 4- 3%. We determined the leak in cyl2 to be from the valves so we sent the whole head to our headshop and had new valves, retainers, springs, stem seals, guides, clearances checked, cleaned and decked. Leakdown is flawless now.

I am a bit concerned about running out of injector but I assume you are running the older id1300 not the x series? And on base pressure?

I have the newer ID 1300X injectors. I think limit looks like 20psi at around 8K rpm. Base fuel pressure was set at 48psi at idle i since raised it to 55 psi i believe. I have the walbro 450 fuel pump btw

I'll have the same exact fuel setup as you, i'm not sure exactly, perhaps this is simply the capacity, perhaps a tuner can comment @AP1Chief

What kind of wrapping is that on the turbo manifold? Looks really good. We should compare external manifold temps when you get the car up and running
