Mine does it too. AEM 1052U with RC 750 injectors. I think when you turn on the ignition it cycles through the ignition and injectors. I'm wondering if the injectors might be leaking a little residual fuel and it ignites the small bit of fuel.

it used to happen when i had my RC 1000cc injecters with my aem 1012. now with the id2000 and haltech it doesnt happen anymore. Wonder if its a peak and hold thing on the Aem Ems. Anyone have this problem with High Imp or Saturated injectors? (ie fic or id injectors)

I have high impedance injectors (FIC 1000s) and it still happens.

Mine has never done this. 1052 unit with RC 550s and now ID1000 injectors.

Interesting info here, wasn't aware of it.

Interesting stuff! I've got AEM v.1 and RC 475's. Sounds like it might have something to do with the ECU or injectors. Seems like it's more prominent with RC injectors too. I'm going ID1000's and a retune soon, will report back if that fixes it.

I'm really wondering if it's some kind of seal issue between fuel rail and injectors. Good to hear that a bunch of others have noticed this with no apparent issues though!
