I have the AEMs2 and RC's and have never experienced this. I would freak out if so. lol

Had this issue with emanage and RC injectors. Went kpro and ID1000s and have never heard it again.

RC with AEM EMS when I was turbo years ago.

 

Interestingly enough this hasn't happened once, since I posted the thread. It's a gremlin

 

Although my other S2k is on AEM and RCs and I have never heard the noise.

 

Sorry for bringing back an old thread but I wanted to see if anyone has figured this out and fixed it?

I have the same issue but my car is stock. Stock injectors, stock ECU around 140,000 miles now and this happens every once in a while, it can be months without it happening.

I was worried that it might be something shorting when the ignition is turned on, but I have not noticed anything happen after the sound.

 

Bringing back an old thread: I have AEM EMS V1 1052U and RC750 injectors and I sometimes have this strange popping noise. Would really like to know how to fix it...

 

Maybe replace them with ID1000s. Problem solved, LOL.

 

You sure that noise is coming from the injectors ?
