Do you have to cut the 04+ Bumper to fit the inlet and outlet pipes to the intercooler on the Lovefab kits? I cant get my bumper to go back on and it looks like the pipes are rubbing.

 

Alright just to update this for any future searchers- I had to cut the fake side vents out and the bumper fits snug now.

Cody- I took a pic of what I had to cut. I'm almost definitely going to need to sand it down another 2-3mm but I'm affraid to cut that small of an area. I can send you the pic if you like. Also, the intercooler sits too low even at its highest position. There is about a 1in gap between the top of the opening and the top of the intercooler. Is that ok? About 3-4in of the intecooler is covered by the bottom of the bumper. That won't cause any cooling isues will it?

 

Post some pics up, Liem had this issue as well. Id like to see how you guys are installing these so I can be sure and correct it with the new manual...
