Default LoveFab turbos

Just wondering who out there has a Lovefab turbo kit or manifold? I am RHD so got pretty excited when I first saw that the LoveFab V1 Minime manifold might fit, and Cody was more than happy to help out with a great deal (fits or return) on a turbo, manifold, wastegate and downpipe.

It's not like I haven't had any problems. I'm on my fourth turbo, had two under bonnet fires and a cracked manifold, but none of this was related to LoveFab build quality. Even the cracked manifold can be traced to overheating due to bad tuning. And the two fires were both oil supply related.

I also know there were supply issues with LoveFab products. All part of not successfully managing growth. I guess that happens when you are a welder first and business manager second.

I have learnt a lot in this experience so far and after just getting her back on the road and going on a great drive today I thought I'd share my experience and ask who has had a similar one with LoveFab products.

When I spoke to him at Lovefab he offered no warranty to overseas buyers, refused to lower the price one dollar then basically hung up on me! Guess he doesn't like the brits and get annoyed by questions prior to recieving god knows how much dough for an item with zero warranty!!

(rant over)

Id be looking at the Inline Pro sidewinder style, fully RHD compliant and correct me if im wrong all intricate parts are cast steel, so less nasty welds to crack etc Plus T4 flange sounds like a great excuse to go real big !

best of luck mate

A friend of mine had kind of a tough experience with Love Fab. He ordered their manifold for his RB25 and it did not fit well when it came in plus I believe the head flange was warped. He had a lot of trouble and waited a long time getting them to correct it. When it was finally fixed though it was a great manifold and quality was nice.
