Looks like 300bhp at the crank should be easy on about 5psi too so long as I keep the intake charge temperatures sensible?

Is it worth me uprating to ARP rod bolts while the motor is apart from fresh bearings or will the standard Honda units be fine?

i would leave the motor completely stock.

Price!

Whilst I'd love a twin screw unit instead, M112 and M90's are all over the place secondhand here because they're used on a lot of Jaguar V8's and Mercedes V6/V8's, I just picked the M112 up for £90 - a twin screw unit would have to be new from a manufacturer so you'd be talking more around the 1500-1800 area.

Should be mounted Sunday, then it's time for the spaghetti junction exhaust manifold, where the hell I'm going to fit a 4-2-1 in around the motor with a big enough silencer I do not know, 's gonna be fun
