Default MADjdm's Turbo Build

Hello S2ki,

This thread will be used to document the progression of my ongoing turbo build from start to finish on my 2002 s2000. Prior to purchasing the car in 2004, I knew that my long term goal was to eventually go turbo. The S was daily driven for four years, but since I have relocated and no longer need a vehicle, I decided that it was a good time to take on the endeavor.

I plan on allocating one years time to accumulate all neccesary parts and complete installation and tuning. I will be maintaining the motors stock compression ratio and am hoping to achieve 450 rwhp with a tune by Jeff Evans.

EDIT 7/15: I will NOT be keeping the motors stock CR and am now hoping to achieve 525-540 rwhp on 93 octane

Parts that I have purchased:

Garrett GT3076r .82 W/ TiAL V-Band Housing, 90 Degree welded Elbow
TiAL 44 mm V-Band WG (7 PSI Spring)
PFAB Equal Length V-Band Manifold
PFAB 3" V-Band Downpipe
PFAB V-Band Dumptube
ACT Street Disc/Heavy Duty PP w/ OEM TOB and Fluids
All neccesary V-Bands
PFAB Intercooler Piping
PFAB Stage 2 Intercooler
PFAB Intake Pipe
HKS SSQ BOV Matte
Full Race Oil/Coolant fittings
Walbro 255
Battery Relocation Kit
Ti Heat wrap, Blanket & Gold Relective Sheet
SOS 3 Bar Map
SOS Pod
ARP Manifold Studs
Resonated single 3"
IP EGR block off
AEM EMS (U-series)
AEM Serial Gauge x2
AEM Boost Control Solenoid
Bosch Injector Dynamics 1000cc W/ Clips
OEM Headstuds
AP2 Retainers
OEM Valve Seals
IP 3mm Headgasket
Oil/Coolant lines

Modifications:

Battery Reloc.
Fusebox Reloc.
AC Removal
Air Pump removal
Supra PCV

I've probably left a few things out, but will be continually updating my progress.

Parts that have arrived thus far....

What could be in here?

correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought a static FPR would be recommended for an EMS application.....or atleast this is what my research has lead me to believe. take it easy on me, i'm still doing research on turbo applications with EMS.
