correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought a static FPR would be recommended for an EMS application.....or atleast this is what my research has lead me to believe. take it easy on me, i'm still doing research on turbo applications with EMS.
The stock one is a "static" FPR. It should be replaced with a better one if it can't return enough fuel to control fuel pressure with a big fuel pump, or if it just can't flow enough for your horsepower levels. Otherwise there's no reason to replace it.

What you don't want is a rising rate FPR like what a vortech kit uses, if you have a better means of controlling fuel delivery...

I noticed you wanted to run a 10 psi spring in the wastegate. Isn't that a little high? I'm sure you know that you wouldn't be able to run any pressure lower than 10psi.

As far as the intercooler, why not just go with Pfab. You're using the piping kit. The stage 2 should be plenty. I think it's reasonably priced too.

Have you considered meth? It's pretty amazing. Some people don't like it because they don't trust the systems or they don't like the inconvenience. Those people are lazy. However, it is proven to be safer and to help make power. Definitely something you should consider.

For the exhuaust it really depends on what you want. my first pick would be the Asura. Quiet and 3''. Can't go wrong. For power though 3'' custom no muffler!

Am I confused again. it happens from time to time.

anyways, i hope you're right, this way I won't need to purchase unnecessary junk. I'm actually going with the same setup as the OP.

To answer your questions in order...

Don't plan on running less than 10 Psi

PFab's stage 2 is one of my top choices - nice price, bar and plate etc.. but I am considering all options. I see the presicion 600 is a popular choice on here

I am definitly considering meth, not as an initial mod but something to try out down the line. The benefits far outweigh the cost.

Exhaust is tricky, I'm leaning towards a custom piece that will look as oem as possible. Singles make great power but I have had a few on this car and have lost my taste for the look since. The PFAB DP will require a custom section to connect to a production system anyhow

nice!! same as what I'm shooting for. when do you think you will be completed with this project?
Not quite sure, all the major purchases are done so its just piecing the rest together and getting started on the work. Long end would be a years time, but I'm sure it will happen much sooner.

how much is going to get that kinda system?
I put this together for less than an IP log kit with a BB turbo. However, some of the parts were purchased at actual cost

I believe PFab sells this kit in its entirety for $5200

Sorry fellas, no results yet.

I'm still waiting on some key components to arrive and have just begun to tackle some of the items I can get started on now.

Pics of V-band mani/DP comming next week...
