Nice set up I pretty much have the same exact P-fab set up,except I have a stage 3 intercooler.Since your deleting the air pump are you going to cap that vaccum booster behid the intake manifold that runs to the airpump? And what do you do with intake air temperature sensor that came off the intake box.I'm also working on my mine at the moment and could use some advice. Thanks in advance.
I plan to cap off the hole with Inline Pro's block off plate. It can purchased through them for $29.00

did you get an Oil restrictor for this turbo?

I am keeping the Greddy Intercooler and piping that goes from Intercooler to T/B, so I guess I wont have the air pump issue. Hopefully the METH will help with the smaller greddy Intercooler.

Yep. I am using Full-Race's oil feed line kit (minus the stainless line due to length) that utilizes the oem pressure sensor and added an oil restrictor fitting for the turbo oil inlet.

The fittings from FR require a -3an stainless feed, which I will get made after I take the measurements once everythings mocked up.

Nice!
Yeah, good call on Swain Tech. Their stuff is great and it will last, never had it flake in any of the White Lightning coatings I've used from them, unlike Jethot and HPC Extreme, both have flaked on me.

The only thing I don't like is that Swain Tech is slow at coating and sending your stuff back. Always takes about one month and being on the West coast doesn't help. Oh, yeah, I don't particularly like the whitish color either.... so I always use VHT high temp flat black paint.

Can't wait to see your final results. Good stuff!

I was going to use PFABs, but it doesn't use stainless lines for the coolant and the fittings are made out of aluminum.

I prefer to use stainless fittings for everything as I've heard horror stories about the aluminum ones comming loose. (Andy Floyd for example)

Additionaly, PFABs lines source coolant by the throttle body, while I plan to weld -6an bungs to the oem oil cooler as 300sx did in his build.

Oil feed will be -3an

Oil return -10an

Water feed/return -6an

oil feed - stainless T 1/8"npt ( i think ) one for stock oil sending unit, one for oil feed line. -4an line w/ stainless restrictor.

oil return- -10an stainless braid hose, tapped top of oil pan.

coolant- tapped stock oil cooler lines, ran t fitting for in/out. stainless braid hose unsure of size...-6an maybe.
