Default Manny-s2000 build thread

Hey guys I wanted to post as I was working on the car but for the past 3 weeks I have been busy with my job and also work on the car during the nights. So here I go

Had my fun supercharged but with the influence of all you turbo guys I knew it was time.

Engine: F20c
Cp pistons 9.5:1 spec
Carillo h-beam rods
Darton sleeved
Acl bearings
Arp headstuds
Supertech valves, springs, retainers.
All ported and polished
Fbm 74mm tb
Fujitsubo legalis r exhaust

Turbo setup
Precision 6266 BB
Fullblown stage 2 kit.
Mvr44 gate
Tial q 50mm bov
Fbm 800hp intercooler + piping

Fuel setup
Fbm dual hanger
2x340 fbm pumps
Fbm xxl fuel rail
Fbm fuel filter
Tomei fpr + gauge

Engine cooling
Fbm radiator
Fbm slim fans
Mugen thermostat
J's racing low temp fan switch

Engine management
Haltech platinum sport 1000
Mac boost solenoid
Aem wideband

And the usual defi boost, oil pressure/temp gauges.

Timing cover with tapped drain installed.

Didn't have time to take as many photos as I wanted because working after hours gets frustrating at times lol.

Test fitted manifold and realized abs unit had to be moved ALOT.

I didn't snap any good shots of the bracket we used but I managed to get the abs unit over enough to fit a shield in.

After positioning the oil relocation blocks and lines we wrapped the downpipe and dump tube and continued with the install.
I will continue to post tonight back at work now

Worked out the hard way that vibrant filters wont fit! Bonnet wouldnt close..

Missed alot of photos during the process of install my appologies, got excited to see it done.

Changed to arp manifold studs (longer ones)
Got the manifold, turbo, wastegate, dumptube(modified it to clear the subframe and steering wiring) They werent coming off again!

First time wrapping pipes guys don't go too hard on me haha!

Fitted the slim fans before I mounted cooler and piping but forgot to take pics before I got stuck into the piping etc etc.

Time for the intercooler and piping!

And lastly I fitted the fuel rail, blocked off egr etc etc..

Missed the whole process of all the plumbing (bov, gate, Mac solenoid) but here is how the car is at the moment!

I will update when she is all back together and tuned!

Also I would like to thank everyone for all the help and all my answered questions!

And thank you LJ @ Fullblown motorsports for the great customer support. Remembering guys I am in Australia! Sometimes I'm amazed does LJ ever sleep? Lol answering my pm's in record timing!

Thanks man!! How'd you go with your SOS kit? End up getting the 1200 blower?

The member on here that purchased my kit, I ended up helping him with install too. Nice guy.
