Short answer: the same cooling mods as most other turbo setups.

Long answer: definitely a dual core radiator and oil cooler. The oil cooler placement depends on type (water or air) and what front bumper you are using. If you have an OEM bumper then the area in front of the fenders is no good. Mase is currently using by car to prototype the DBW kit. I have a 330mm Laminova oil cooler ready to install once my car is complete (ARC radiator already installed). I will be monitoring temps and making adjustments from there. If I can't get the temps down where I want them then I'll switch to an air type oil cooler with a thermostat.

The bottom line is that no matter what cooling solution you decide on you need to install temp sensors and monitor it to ensure you're staying within the parameters you want.

Chris... while he has your car he should mock up a V-mount setup. There is still no Vmount option on the market, and its by far the most effective way to keep temps down for track use.

True but we've already seen that the 06+ returnless fuel system is capable of 450+WHP (berlinas2k got 478 on 91 octane).

I believe he had 1000cc ID injectors and a walbro pump.
duty cycle at redline was 87% if I remember correctly.

So a walbro and a Kenne Bell BAP might be enough for those looking for 500whp on the returnless fuel system.
