I am running 11 psi on a stock head gasket runs perfect everyday have a greddy kit on ap1 no cat greddy exhaust I drive it everyday no problems I'm planing on doing a 3mm hg and arp headstuds and running about 22 to 25 psi

yeah I think you could add 2-3 more psi you may want to get a AEM map sensor. I think it would last just fine as long as you don't beat on it every day

i was told by Giles @ Holyroller Dyno, who is tuning my car, that it is not worth going past 8 or 9 psi unless you have the funds to rebuild the motor at any time. so i opted for the 3mm headgasket and settled with 12 psi.
Ok I rebuilt my motor. What should I go with. Does the greddy manifold come with the option to do a external wastgate? The man I bought it from claims it's internally gated but has this nipple on the manifold... Question is should I buy a external wg for it since it has the port on there?
Here is the img

Ok, you really need some FI 101.
I'm not sure what that aberration is on runner 1 on the manifold but it has nothing to do with a wastegate.

Not sure, but I'd assume it's a Greddy cast log manifold. Looks like it has ben cracked and repaired too.
One thing you will learn in your research is that Greddy kit is great (failing manifolds aside) for what it is, but isn't very expandable. The upgrade path is to replace the turbo to a GT30, which necessitates a new manifold and downpipe. And then the intercooler and plumbing aren't really big enough so replace them too. And by the time you have finished you've replaced the whole kit.

It was a custom made kit. Most of the parts are from a greddy kit, but I know the IC is custom and the cats and resonators are deleted. It had e-manage blue and I bought it at the wrong time. Things on it are failing (engine detonation). That led to me rebuilding the engine. There Is a mase tuning session next month in Kansas City. I was hoping to get my education there
If I stuck with my current parts:RC550's, apparent t4/t4 turbo, 9.6:1 cr, and aem. What is the most boost and expected power output i should expect. I have a feeling it will be in the low 300 range just humor me.
