Default Modifry ECT fix

I'm just curious how close the modifry ect fix is to actual water temps. I have an AEM serial guage but haven't updated the tables for a more correct reading but when the AEM says ~195ish the modifry quage goes up to the 9th bar which says it's between 180-205. When the AEM drops below about 196ish the quage will drop to the 8th bar which is under 180, not sure how accurate the modifry really is.

I would like to know this as well, my Turbo AP1 usally runs 3 bars sometimes 4, however I have seen it go up to 5-6 once on a real hot day. I started to freak a bit and turned on the heat. Not sure how many bars I need before I need to shut her down.

I'm using it, seems spot on from what I can tell.

My modifry went to sh*t about a month after I have it and now it just reads 5 bars (AP1) all the time...Been too lazy to send it in for repair I just read the data stream...Anyone have the update water temp table? Mine always sits around 200-220 on whatever table I have (I know its not overheating cause its always been this amount for over 2 years)

The cluster gauge takes a while to read the signal (from the OEM EMS or from Modifry's ECT) so it's not really a good indication (on AP1 at least). The serial guage is much more timely and precise.

When I was running the series 1 and using my AIM MXL dash, the 2 were nearly identical. The OEM dash takes 3-5 secs. longer than the AIM b/c the ECT sensor will go back and forth between a number. The OEM dash doesn't go from 2-3 bars unless it's over the amount set on the Modifry.
