man.. i work on cars all day... i come home to the s2 in the garage... i walk past it and say what a piece of shit..because its not a hobby as much as a career anymore.. i have a hard time being motivated to work on it, its such a money pit..i could put thousands in my house, somethin that appreciates...

it took all i had to go down into the freezing cold garage to put that new oil drain in..
man after doing torque convertors on odysseys all day and warranty trans on the older ody's/accords i have no motivation to even look at my car...i havent even touched it since december lol..

+1 on the no motovation.

I think it's the weather for me.

2 days of it sitting in the garage, and not touching it.

Prolly will start on it Friday.

Does anyone else feel like they are NEVER gonna be finished?
perhaps

It seems as though all there is you can get accomplished is keep buying shit for the frickin car. Honestly its just like a swift kick to the sack having to walk past the car every morning and I eventually got so tired of looking at it that I just put a cover over the car . Its ok though my baby knows I love her dearly

Unlike you guys I'm just getting into the build but the prices for some of the build have already set in. I have just pulled the motor down and am already at around 5k for just the block and mild head goodies. Not to mention i have the turbo setup, fuel setup, rear, trans,KPRO, and all the little shit that adds up quick(gauges, oil linies ,fittings...ETC)!
Thats just what it takes in these cars man. Ive been in the upper teens for months lol

Not to rub it in, but I love having a heated and air conditioned garage, I work on my car year round, and it still takes forever.

I don't seem to tackle real small projects though.....lol

The weather warmed up yesterday, got me started, supposed to be nice this entire weekend..

I'm stoked..

Nothing like opening the garage door, fresh air rolling in and still staying warm without having to bundle up and use a heater.
