Well I have 354 with no head work, just Vortech SC with stock 4.5" pulley, AEM 30-1052U, RC-750's and a few other small items.

With the correct headwork you should be over 400 maybe 420.

Is there any way to not do any head work or change the headgasket?

How much would it cost if I sent my head to the Alaniz shop?

I think you should call Joe to discuss your setup. Be prepared to wait - If it is in your budget, buy a spare head and send that one to him so you can keep your car running - I ordered complete engine from him and have been waiting for over 5 months and am hoping it arrives very soon. I bet he can do the heads much quicker

You might as well port the head @ Alaniz. He is the MAN when it comes to the S2K head. I sent my head to him for the turbo project I WAS working on. I am getting ready to have him send my head back to me since I do not have my car anymore.

stock vortech with greddy e-manage working on the a/f ratio. 270 HP at the wheel, 300nm torque, 370.5 HP in total

No one else of the other 48 cars tested at the dynoday had more HP, but I was the only supercharged anyway :-)
