Default mvr 44mm westgate installation

hello guy scuse for my bad english im from quebec, i recently purchase a brand new forged performance ramhorn manifold, and a mvr 44mm westgate, there is a way that a wesgate should go? habitualy the westgate i saw, the flat valve side goes on the manifold, on mine the flange that is welded on the manifold is the flange that fit on the smaller side off the wesgate, the flat side off the valve on my set up will on the dump tube side, there is a probleme to run like that? i was very suprise when i saw this, thanks for you help man, i was thinking on this side the flow off this hexaust will keep the wesgate close? im wrong?

Just to make sure, cause from what I understand they make a 38mm and 44mm wastegate option, but you did get manifold with the 44mm wastegate flange?

Very nice wastegates, if it is a MVR it could be a 44mm or a 46mm. The exhaust gases must enter the wastegate so that they hit the valve seat directly.

I hope that helps.

In laymans terms, the dumptube goes to the port on the side of the wastegate and the manifold goes to the port on the bottom of the wastegate
