did you disconnect your VAFC to see if it made any difference with the starting of the car? can you switch back to your stock injectors and take out the VAFC to see if the car runs correctly?

If your car has been sitting for a very long time maybe the gas has gone bad. Try siphoning out the old gas and putting some new gas in. Its a cheap test.

 

I would probaby borrow someone's ecu and test to see if it works on that one... Might be a bigger pain in the ass to switch out injectors depending on how your vafc is wired.. if you have a harness then it shouldnt b a problem to test both scenarios (one at a time ofcourse).
