I have had an ACT flywheel on my car for 4 years. The revs rise very quickly but they drop just as quickly. After putting the greddy turbo on, the main problem I have is that my engine will frequently die if the engine bay is heatsoaked and the revs drop rapidly to 1000 rpm or less. I used to think something was wrong with the car or the tune, but I'm fairly sure that sticking in a much lighter flywheel in combination with a turbo is causing these issues for me.

My car gets better the colder it gets. Both in power and driveability due to the flywheel.

just drop the whole sub frame a little, step it down a few inches by loosening one bolt and then the other until its dropped like 2 inches, then unbolt the tranny, i know theres a bunch more steps to this but u get the idea

Put it in yourself and save the money. It takes some time but just follow the step by step and its a breeze.

With 4 tall jackstands and a decent floor jack you can do anything in your own garage. A clutch job is not technically difficult, only time consuming with all the crap that needs to be removed. Good luck.

Hes right, but after watching a shop do my car i still wouldn't do it. I got tired just watching the guy

I also had to install a blower the next day so maybe the idea of doing both is what really bothered me.

it normally takes me 3 1/2 hours with a lift and I have purchased special tools to make this easier, doing it on jackstands and not having some of the tools or even air would be a nightmare..... I think the honda labor book is over 8 hours for a clutch

i have done many cars, it is not really more diffucult - you have to take more off (and put back on) - getting to 5 of the bolts is a PIA, and i really hate the alen bolts that hold the drive shaft on....

i did a 350z & new mustang not to long ago they are a breeze compared to the s2000.
