My journey with the S2k
I wanted to make a thread just to share what I've done with my S2k so far. Its a 2006 and I hope to update this as time goes on.
This was the day I picked her up

First order of business was some general maintenance oil, filter, tranny fluid, diff fluid etc

Then it was time to ditch the front plate

Then BC coilovers and Einke wheels

This is how she looks after a good wash and detail

Now that I was happy with the way the car looked it was time to add a little more power

A rolling shot of the S!

I need to get the car on a dyno and will hopefully post #s soon. Just running 6 psi at the moment.

Oh okay. Personally, I would have installed the clutch before the SC; you're going to need to remove the SC in order to change the clutch (you need to lower the engine/subframe ~3" in order to reach the top two bell housing bolts; the SC will hit the front crossmember if you don't remove it prior to lowering the subframe)

I'm familiar with the clutch job on the S. I think the stock clutch still has some miles left on it. Only time will tell tho!Trending Topics
Car is cleeeean man, looks great! Awesome job thus far. Since your an '06 its definitely time for upgraded clutch, flashpro, and 14 PSI!!!
I am about to go through the hassle of swapping the clutch next weekend; I've heard mention of people using the "tilt method" where they don't have to remove the SC... but not much hard info on it that I've found.
