Default Trouble starting at operating temp

Having a major issue with this. Starts cold perfectly, but once up to temp it won't restart without a fight. Pump the gas it'll fire up, run a few seconds stall. This repeats at least 5 times before it will continue to run. If I shift into gear and catch it while its running for the first few seconds car will drive fine.. until I stop at the first stop sign then it dies. Makes it hard to take this car anywhere. 1000cc injectors, haltech computer, oem manifold and tb, precision turbo set up. Is it heat soak? Tuning? Consequence of large injectors? Needs ideas and advice. Thanks!

I'm not a tuner, so I wouldn't know how to go about adjusting it. I do have an AEM wideband, with AEM air/fuel gauge but I'm not sure how much I trust it. The tuner did not use my wideband, he used his own. I have the haltech disc and a pretty good knowledge of the parameters and where numbers should be, can anyone step me through it?
