Yeah there is no real need to do this, but i love the look of a shaved engine bay and it's part of my overall vison of my project s2k. Plus its been a great learning experience and a source of pride when you are doing the work yourself.

in for progress! question thouh, it looks like the previous dyno had a fatter powerband, the new has a sick tq curve tho!

Finally finished up all the metal work tonight. I can't believe how much work that was, im guessing i put in over 100 hours. Of course i am new to all this so it probably could have been done in a lot less time. Anyway I am really happy with the results so far. Now I have to prep for the filler and then its phase two of the shave. Here are some finished pics of the metal work. Any feedback, positive or negative is welcome.

thanks everyone! Now I just need to get this thing painted and back together she goes. I had an appointment with Jeff Evans in may but that will need to be pushed till June. I hate that this project is getting dragged out so long but I know it will be completed by the summer.
