My turbo build, need advice!
If you are getting a consistant creep every time, it's probably due to the 38mm WG not being able to compete with the flow rate of the exhaust system. If you get sudden spikes, it's because of the boost controller.
The greddy unit is a pain to get to work and has spiking issues for some people still.

a basic manual boost controller has held the best boost levels for us. I'm sure it'll work perfectly fine with your turbo setup

Ya, do you think a Turbo XS dual stage manual boost controller will work well? thats what i am running.
Its still the manual one? if so, those work fine, but they are back ordered.....
j/k
I have one of those and it works well, but I was limited to 15 psi. My tuner said that I could only double the wastegate spring boost level with this type of boost controller. We opened it all the way up and couldn't get past 15 psi.
