We cant wait to get this one done and back to Scott..

We are about 20% more expensive that most other short builds, but we over build the engine.
  • We have crower machine a rod to our spec with 7/16" bolts designed to take abuse and possibly an over rev. If we sold the rod separately it would be about $950
  • Custom Wiseco Pistons with Moly Skirt and Ceramic Coatings
  • Shaved Crank to reduce rotating weight to make up for the bigger bottom end of our rods
  • We send the block out to Darton to be sleeved. Darton Sleeves are about $200 to $400 more than other sleeves but they are supported at the top and bottom of the sleeve to ensure they dont move
  • We do all the finish honing in house to ensure perfect clearances for each individual piston
  • We balance the shaved crank, billet rods and custom pistons in house as well

We are simply waiting on the pistons and then Josh will meticulously assembly the block.

Had some unfortunate delays getting the pistons from Wiseco, so still don't have the block back yet....but got my new turbo in today! (thanks Pang!!)

Was running a GT3582R, hopefully this will spool a tad sooner

Absolutely...the fluidamper crank pulley is the first thing I bought from URGE. We'll be revving my 2.2L out to ~9500rpm, so it should help with some vibration and longevity. Here's a link if you want to read more about it:
