Greetings! I am thinking about trading in my 05 and getting an 07. I know there are some EMS issues with the drive by wire system on the 2006....does the same apply to the 07's? Planning on a 450whp-ish build in the future. Thanks alot!

 

Yes, the same 'issues' will apply since you have DBW.

 

Ahh how much extra work is involved in turbo'ing out an 06+? Just using the stock ECU with what ever aftermarked EMS? (AEM) or is there much more?

 

PM (screen name) 2QYK4U about 05+MY with FI. He is one of the few I have seen do it.

 

2005 is not DBW. Only 2006+
