ok guys this is my first time on thise so if things look weird or i dnt do somthing rite im sorry but i have a 03 s2k and ive been doing a lot of research and realise to gain mor power i would need to go SC or turbo and my mind is made up for SC bc i maybe wanna see 380-450hp and still daily drive my car and well this guy i no had another f20 with a rod knock so i got it for real cheap to rebuild it and to do it rite from the ground up so im open to opinions so please help

OP, you don't necessarily need to build an engine for your goals. The stock engine will handle 400-450 easy. Nothing wrong with building the engine and not pushing for high power, but its not really needed.

 

Send us your motor and get one of our dry sleeved boosted bottom ends done

How much do those run?

 

a short block runs about $2500 w/bc or inline pro rods, wiseco pistons and acl bearings. That includes ~$150 in shipping and you provide a block and crank.

 

Not bad on price honestly here local machine shop is 1500 just to install the sleeve not parts cost or anything like that.

 

Max hp on dry sleeved motor? And any warranty on parts and labor?
