AEM can do that for you
Also, will the stock fuel lines be sufficient enough for two walbro's in the tank and around 650 whp or so? I'm not sure how the return line will be or how big it is. Do you know what size the feed and return lines are?

how much power are you trying to make, Ide go with -6 lines youll have more than enough fuel. than there is running 2 fuel lines from the tank one to either side of the rail and return in the middle. have one pump feeding each side of the rail

on my old set up with twin walbros my tuner setup one to gon on at a higher psi, I really dont know what he did but it was not external switch it was automatic to his settings. its something with the output on the little plug that the EMS comes with.

On the dual pumps in the tank (the pumps will be side by side), I was going to use a Nitrous Y to connect them to the stock line if it'll work and the stock feed is sufficient to handle it. The return line is a big concern too. I'm hoping the stock feed and return lines lines will be fine for around 650 or so whp with a dual pump setup. You or anyone know for sure as I'd rather not change them out unless I really have to? Don't you want to have bigger or more return lines than the feed so the fuel can get back to the tank sufficiently?

The Bosch pump is a inline pump not a in tank pump but not to many modifications need to be made. Also if you have a walbro intank feeding a Bosch 044 pump it up's the range a ton on a good setup on e85 it would be plenty for 600hp. That is the fuel setup i just ordered for my self. With the setup you will be running it will be plenty, close to same as me. I am running a sidewinder with the 6262.

I'm currently running E85 and love it. Now that I have the cold start dialed in anyways, that's the tough part
Not making the kind of power you are (OP) but here's a rundown of my setup...
-GT3076
-stock motor
-255 intank
-stock fuel psi/regulator
-I.D. 1000cc's @ around 85% duty @ 12psi
No numbers yet though...

u would set up an output on the aem that at X psi of boost would ground that output. that would ground a relay that would actiavet the second pump. that would be pretty nice. shouldnt be too hard to setup either.

So e-85 isn't as good as 110 since it's 106-108. It seems similar to running 93 oct with meth. If I was to convert I'd need twin pumps and 8 1000's.
E-85 is actually better than C16 from what I have found out and can make more power. It is a lot harder to get it to detonate because it cools the cylinders so well. You can also run 13:1 AF at WOT with it unlike gas or C16 for that matter.
interesting
