need opinion on what to do with head
so yesterday 6/4 i decided to do 3 highway pulls to make sure everything was ok before i went to the track first 2 pulls felt great A/F was good 11.5 up to18 psi..there was no hick ups no nothing...i turn the switch on for high boost 29 psi A/F was 10.5 then i got a loud pop which was the wastegate so i payed it no mind and continued home.. less than 5 mins later my car started over heating so i shut it off and pulled over to a burger king let the car cool down i popped the hood i noticed i had a weird residue by my catch can so i pulled the top off the can was full of creamy stuff so i said oh shit i think i popped my head gasket( was pissed because i rented a trailer to go to the track to 6/5) anyway i let the car sit for about an hr got back in the car started and drove home since i was only mins away from my house so today i came home and checked everything just to be certain compression was #1- 200 #2- 215 #3- 200 #4- 215 all good compression i was excited about that headgasket was ok so i was trying to figure out what was the cause i decided drain the oil out of the oil pan and put new oil and see what happens (rookie thing to do but owell) i open the bung drained out that nasty creamy stuff i decided to fill all fluids so now i go put water in the radiator i hear it running back out but i dont see where its coming from i look under the car its coming from my oil pan so i was like wtf...i pulled the valve cover and found out that i popped the freeze out plug out the head not sure where it when but its not there so my question are
1)what would cause the freeze out plug to pop beside the 29 psi
2) would a head lifting cause the plug to pop out?
3)should i pull the head and send it out to be checked and also replace the headgasket?
4)should i just put a new freeze out plug and keep driving?
my setup
fbm sidewinder manifold
gt35r turbo
ferrea valve spring and retainers
fbm headstuds torque to 100lbs

You lifted the head and pressurized cooling system through a water jacket, which blew out the freeze plug.
