Look in the vtec screen I can almost bet it has shavings in it, it does not take long at all to beat the bearings when your oil mixes with coolant

Had a little bit of shavings nothing big or crazy nothing to really be concerned about..like maybe 5-6 small pieces if that much

i used the arp ultra also just last week to 100 ft/lbs on full blown studs, def the best torque lube to use
