Sounds like you need to do more research here before you go doing anything else!

I'm confused. You aren't going to see much boost under 6k even with it working properly. The boost curve should be fairly linear and really start to increase around VTEC. Max boost should be at redline. If the belt is slipping, you should an increase in boost until the point where the belt slips. I don't have my psi plot in front of me, but it wasn't more than 2-3 psi under 6k. All the boost and power is made above 6k, welcome to the power curve of a SC S2000.

Thanks for all you guys help. I put on the new belt and check for any leaks today. the new belt works a lot better and there no leak. The car feels a lot smoother but still hesistate at 4k when i full throttle it. Runs fine if i only 3/4 throttle. I finally tested the tps sensor and found a dead spot in the tps sensor. I will try to find a tps sensor and install tomorrow and see if that will fix the problem. I will keep you guy posted. Hopefully thats all the problem. thanks again.

The tps only come with the throttle body assembly. Does anybody know if a 72mm throttle body will max out the stock injectors?

The size of the throttle body has no effect on the injectors. You can buy a 72mm but it will be no different to stock.

If I were you I'd stop fiddling with it and adding more variables and get it running properly.
