Ok some new updates...got some work done this weekend. I noticed the motor mounts were damaged and the fluid was leaking out so I ordered them before I left. Came back this weekend and installed them before continuing with the rest of the built. (you can see them in the pics none during install)

After cleaning the surface with brake cleaner I put in the ARP head studs using the supplied moly lubricant

Headgasket installed (also see water pump and coolant lines on)

Head surface cleaned then installed onto block

All coolant lines were hooked up to head with some wiring as well as torquing the head studs down

Transmission is up as well (no pics) and coilover system is also in. Oh and the AP2 tail light conversion. lol.

Are you getting Innovative motor mounts? If so, which type?

Nice work btw, sleeves look fantastic.

I just went with the OEM mounts. I really dislike a rattling interior and I had read a thread about the 60A mounts sagging. I did not want to go up to the 75A so I just went oem again. I will see how long they last and then decide accordingly. Mine were cracked on the side closest to the front on the car, but I think it was because of letting the engine lean back so far during tranny installs previously.
