Post New custom build

So I'm getting rid of the log shortly and will be custom building a ELTM more than likely resulting in the turbo being placed in front of the engine.

So far I have a few requirements I have decided upon:
- V band everything including exhaust housing (tired of bolts rattling loose/breaking)
- Overbuild the kit slightly to prepare for a built motor in the future.
- Going to push my F22 to its limits using 94 octane and meth injection and 3mm HG
- No twin scroll/divided as it ultimately reduces peak hp
- full custom 3" V band coupled exhaust
- new intercooler piping to the intercooler (intercooler to TB piping will remain unchanged)
- Sell my ID1000s for ID2000s
- Full blown twin Walbro setup

My end goal is around 650-700whp whether I make it there with this fuel will be determined on the dyno day.

I'm working part time at a custom shop that currently has 3 turbocharged mustangs upwards of 1800whp and a turbocharged vette making over 2500whp and all the fab work is done in house and they have their own dyno. Needless to say the fab work should be more than amazing and everything will be back purged. I just want everyones input on how I can maybe make this kit better than the others already available if at all possible.

Now for some questions

- Should I use the precision 6262 BB or should I go larger?
- Is the tial 44mm v band wastegate suitable or should I go larger?
- Any other suggestions or tips others would like to see in the build?

Thanks in advance

you'll hit the goal, but that 3mm hg will fail quickly.

go e85 on stock HG. 650 is doable.

6262 or 6265 will work for you. Just look at manifolds on market and study results. WG placement will be crucial also if you put it in wrong location you will suffer a lot of creep

I'd love to run E85 but it isn't available anywhere around here. Also I want a high hp street car so race gas is kind of out of the question also cause I do drive it daily in the summer.

I've read the 3mm headgasket arguments/failures but I've been running it for over 3000 miles so far with 26psi and absolutely no issues yet. We will see what happens

See my thread about a divided GT35R. Dyno plots are there...
If you go large frame turbo, probably would be just fine.

Just go large frame 1.16 or so. Some 1.06 housing are fine.
