This is not accurate......
Thermostats hurt power, they dont help gain power or keep the motor cooler. Countless dyno's have proven this.

I have a bit of a tight squeeze with my fans (noted, i dont have an s2000 chasis). I have a bout 1/4 " if even that between the water pump and the fans. Im glad this topic came up because i currently have stock fans on a custom shroud.

Does anybody know the exact depth difference between stock vs. aftermarket, such as the ones most of you are running? The fan shroud i have is baller, and dont really want to modify it, if i dont have to...Any help fellas?

Did you get the fan switch too? If not, adjust the AEM to turn them on at around 185.
