You can get pulleys for the kit but from what I remember in all the long threads about the kit, the pulley provided, already spins the blower close to its max rpm.

That's the issue with the Rotrex units that Kraftwerks uses. It was the same with their earlier model kits. Its a good kit, dont get me wrong but its hard to get substantial power out of it because at that point you're overspinning the Rotrex and it'll eventually fail. I agree that an intake manifold probably wouldn't be the best use of money in your build, there are some very high horsepower s2000's still using the stock manifold.

Move to an aftercooler and throw out the FMIC, that would up your boost without having to spin the blower any faster.

With superchargers, don't focus on boost. Focus on cfm and impeller speed. Boost is good for approximating the threshold pump gas will support. I don't know what pulley the kraftwerks supplies and what impeller speed that corresponds to. You'll have to do some calculations, but everyone here is spot on about the kits limitations.

I think that the main difference is in the intercooler core that TTS uses vs what KW uses. It might just be a better flowing piece. Once I get my fuel system in and get the car retuned we'll know for sure.

This is why I passed up on the Kraftwerks kit and went with SOS. I wanted the ability to expand, not be stuck with the power level right out the box. Kraftwerks said you can up the boost with smaller pulleys, but you have to lower redline and no one wants to do that.
