Update: tuning appointment is scheduled for April 21st. Current tune is way off--the boost is supposed to be limited to 10 psi yet it is trying to make at least 18 psi! Boost controller is currently by-passed (running of wastegate spring) and boost is limited to ~7.25 psi (.5 BAR). According to my boost gauge it is still trying to make ~10 psi. When driving home from the shop the other night an ~03-04 Cobra wanted to go. We were going about 75 mpg on the freeway (in a 65), I was in 6th and had no intention of down-shifting. Cobra went for it and I mashed the gas. Next thing I know the speedo read 130 mph and the Cobra was in my wake.

Wow. You get better mileage than a hybrid! I didn't know turbos could make you that efficient!

It looks good man.

Err what? Sorry bro, don't understand what you are getting at.

Thanks for the props bro! A lot of work is going into this car, and it is far from done!

Oh snap! We were going 75mph. Yes, the wife and I are drinking some Captain Morgan Private Stock...about to get our freak on for what it is worth...but anyways...I apologize for the confusion.

Bottom line: In 6th gear, going 75mph, and mashing the gas I had no problem leaving an '03-04 Cobra.
