Default New Turbo Setup

Im looking to turbo my 2005 s2000, My setup would consist of

Full Race gt35r Kit
Aem Ems w/ Uego
750cc Injectors
255lph Fuel Pump
Act Clutch
Arp Headstuds
Inline Pro 3mm HG
Boost guage
Boost Controller
Turbo Timer

For the differential would the comptech reinforcement be enough, not looking to push more that 400whp.

Also is my list missing anthing??

Thanks guys.

Larger injectors may let you make more power later if you want.

full race with a gt35 would be hella overkill, at gt30 would do just fine

GT30R would be plenty for your goal with room to spare.

The comptech diff would be okay if you dont plan on hitting gears hard or launching. You will probably need a 3bar map sensor. Why only run 400whp if you could do close to 500 just as safe? make sure to get a good tuner. That makes all the difference. I suggest getting bigger injectors because all of us want more power down the road. You will also need a new exhaust system

ok gt30r sounds good then, dont want to spend unnecessary money. Also are there any other options other than inline pro differential wise?

full race isnt a 100% complete kit
you'll need a dump tube and intake tube + filter for it
it comes with rubber oil lines and water line so its a good idea to upgrade to stainless steel braided lines.

i got a brand new full race kit for sale if you're interested.

just as another option check out my thread about Mase's kit. cool thing with his kit is that it's 100% complete.

for the rear end check out the puddymod rear end, it's a little over 3X stronger than stock for a good price and it's stronger than the comptech.

oh yeah, you don't need the head gasket for 400whp but if you want the peace of mind it can't hurt.

head gasket!, aem, uego, 880 injectors - resistor box, exhaust, 3 bar map sensor, fuel pump, fuel pressure guage, oil pan drilled & welded, boost control (i like to have aem do it thru a solinoid & switch) full race kit come real close to ac lines (reroute thru fender) relocate battery to trunk, turn fuse box & wrap in heat material,

run a 10lb spring in the waste gate for daily driving, then flip switch for 19-20lbs and you should have 500hp, relaible for daily driving.

SAve your money, and buy the inline pro dif kit, you will destroy anything else in time and finally go that way, after putting in 5 of these kits i was able to say i told you so! thne you can launch that bitch!

I would also do a gt30, is good to 500hp, the gt35 is great turbo, i would rather have a faster spool time.
