nhra cage rules
I was wondering if anyone knew if the main hoop could mount to the "upper" floor. I couldn't find anything in the rulebook, but the majority I've seen go down to the "lower" floor. I imagine that's where it has to mount, just seems like so little space. Maybe it has something to do with the location of the door bar as well.
