Its a piggy back so vtec is engaging.

If it wasn't it would throw a dtc as I mentioned above.

my emanage ultimate setup no longer feels like vtec is kicking in, the sound is long gone since my wastegate opens up and drowns out any other exhaust noise,

It may not feel like it but my dyno sheet proves it's kicking in, still has a power jump at 5800, (my new setting)

Yea after you go turbo, vtec is mostly irrevelant. Your new god shall be Turbo spool!

Thanks for the help guys. I'm beginning to piece it all together. I think maybe I just jumped the gun. I talked to the guy I bought the kit from and he said if vtec wasn't kicking in it would pretty much fall on it's face. I'm scheduled to get tuned on wednesday so I'll just see what happens then. Thanks again for your help.
