He could set the rev limiter to 6K (2/3 of the car's powerband) and still waste 99% of all cars in America.

aftermarket oil cooler? I thought the presure would be more consistant with the higher RPMS? Do you plan on going over 6500?
yup this week im hoping to get back on the dyno.

the problem with the cooler is the lines the more line the less pressure. I just want to eliminate any way I could lose pressure

It's hydraulic so no significant pressure loss from the longer oil lines.

Your engine in a span of 1300 rpms (5200 to 6500) adds 190 ft lbs torque and 265 rwhp. That is absolutely going to rip the tires.

My supercharged engine goes up 27 ftlbs and 75 rwhp in the same spot. If the boost allows the engine to continue up like that to over 9000 rpm you will be in the 750 to 900 rwhp range.

What is the displacement of your engine?

What size oil lines were you running to your cooler? Dash 10?
Do you have a oil pressure gauge?

Since I am running built motor, turbo with guages everywhere. Just curious on your tune did you see a oil pressure drop?

but hotter oil temps (espically in the summer) will yield more of a pressure drop than the oil cooler....i think its worth it to have it on there, unless you dont mind cooking your oil and changing it every 1k miles or so. . .
