Default Not reading correct Fuel Amount

Showed that I had 2 bars of gas left (no fuel light). Ran out of gas and it still showed 2 bars left.

Walbro 255 unit (I believe it's the newer model). Reused OEM sock.

Do I need to adjust the sending unit?

Check and make sure when the Walbro was installed that the sock made it all the way to the bottom of the tank.

Sometimes it gets hung up sliding the pump in.

some have reported that the sending float can hit the sock or something else and throw off the reading. i personally put gas in at qtr tank. not good to run it low with FI, cause fuel pressure drops when low on fuel.
