Sell it and buy a turbo

 

Is your AIT the same? I would start by checking if the water pump works, hose kinks, loose clamps, etc

 

Check compression to make sure your engine is still healthy. Easy enough, and if it comes out bad, you won't have wasted time looking elsewhere (like the water pump, leaks, faulty hardware etc.)

How's your air filter? I know a dirty air filter on an N/A car can make a difference of around 5-10whp, I would imagine those results would be exponentially greater.

Also, for the noise, check for blower shaft play and oil residue in the inlet of your after cooler.

 

How many miles has the blower done? When I have spoken with SOS and Paxton these things are supposed to be bomb proof.

As others have already suggested, have you checked everything else?

25 bhp is not a great deal down and could be something simple. I was around 200 bhp down last year due to a collapsed cat that had caused a blockage!!

 

Do you have boost plots from both the runs?

Also, have any fuel pressure measurements?
