Default nylon braided lines on oil filter relocation?

wondering if anyone has any experience using them...... i know they can easily hold the pressure being rated for 250psi. the kit i bought used has regular rubber lines which hold fine but are getting so spots wearing they are wearing thin from vibration causing them to rub together. i know from kits on my old civic that the steel braided lines can rub through each other also and was thinking the nylon braided hoses could lessen this effect.......

any input is appreciated

my SS ones where rated at 600PSI. the oil only gets to 90-100 psi MAX. but will they take the heat?

Use nylon for all my lines including my oil relocation and everything was fine.

I've used the nylon braided lines on both my oil filter relocation and then to my oil cooler and back. Never any problems and they handle heat fine. The ideal solutions to be honest is to use Teflon lines which not all ss braided hoses are, some are just rubber hose with, but they are the best (imo) for transferring fluids like hot oil and fuel. I'm just to lazy to do it again and buy all new fittings.

I used the stock lines that came with the UR kit. Looked pretty crappy and oil was seeping out around fittings after 30k miles. Now I have the braided ones with good fittings.

Teflon lines are a must on brake lines, but the regular ss lines are just fine for oil, gas, coolant.
