Oem tranny limits

As far as boost by gear goes with an Oem tranny. What's the whp limit or boost limit per gear ?

I'm thinking 7 lbs first. 12 lbs second. And full boost 3rd(550whp) ?

No ones knows. Personally, I would put around 400-450whp through first and second, but not much more. Your limits sound fine, but you could probably get away with more in 1st if you wanted to...

ive been pushing 560 through all 6, but i stay away from slamming 1st to 2nd, other then that i have yet to see a problem so far

i had my car at 500 for a few years with boost limited in first and second, and i rarely slammed the lower gears, went to 800 and cracked the whole case mid 4th gear pull
