Default OEM Transmission Options/Upgrades (gears, synchro sets, etc.)

I have searched and searched and searched. I can't seem to find any options other than straight dog gears that would help with our weak 2nd gear issues. I am supercharged and destroyed 2nd gear (typical shaft twisting under torque and eating all the teeth). I am a master tech for Honda and lucked out working a deal with the manager and rebuilt my trans under the "notch 2nd and 4th" bulletin. This was maybe 4k miles ago. I also put a competition stage 4 clutch in 6k miles ago. Now, I finally got my wheels in and have some nice rubber back there so it hooks for the most part. I was leaving the shop the other night and put it in second and boom. won't go in gear. Get back to the shop, find out the 6k mile old clutch has welded itself to the flywheel. Call competition, they won't do anything other than give me a discount on a new disc. Which was $10 off what I found it online for plus $20 to ship it so more than I could've bought it elsewhere for but whatever. Anyway, get the trans back in, now second grinds when going from first and just doesn't feel right when going from third. Seems like the teeth on the synchro set but won't know completely until I tear it back down. Again. I hardly ever rip on it anymore because I'm so scared it will break now and this just made it worse. I'm literally at the point of fixing it and selling it and 2 months ago I would swear to you that I would never sell this car no matter what. This is the most aggravated I've ever been with any of my street car projects and I'm just checking to see if there are any good upgraded set ups or any options that aren't ridiculously expensive? I'm pretty sure I know the answer but maybe one of you has found something that works. I can't be much over 400whp thats why I'm wondering what the hell is up with this transmission. I know all of you guys can't be having these same issues can you?

you probably just rebuilt it wrong. Just buy a used $600 transmission and throw it in. I'm turboed at 442whp and my stock engine and trans has 120,000 miles with the last 40,000 being turbed. The stock transmission should have no issue with the low tq of superchargers and really should be fine for anything less that 500whp.

I would have to agree with the "just buy a used one". They are not very expensive and there are a lot of them out there that are problem free for lots of miles and lots of whp.

My trans sees a lot of full boost pulls in 2nd gear and even 1st (especially at the track). I make close to 300wtq and I haven't had a single issue yet. Granted, my clutch is far less aggressive than that comp clutch

Ive been trying to understand what the issues are, and possible solutions. Does the shaft flex because the case flexes? Could the shaft/gears benefit from cryo tempering? Theres got to be a way to make the stock trans stronger and more reliable for this power level.
Go ahead, throw your 2 cents in

yea what legros said. Thats what happens. Well this time it wasn't due to power it was the clutch issue that caused me to grind when trying to go into second. That one grind obviously was enough to hurt the brand new synchros or hubs. To the comment about rebuilding it wrong, believe me, thats not the case. I realize plenty others are making much more and still surviving but my question was just to see if anyone had found any options for a street able stock trans and my assumption was correct. Its just cheaper to buy another and keep spares. I will be pulling this again whenever I feel like staying late at the shop one night and ripping it apart once again. Bernard I will text you about that because that would be amazing.

It's funny how a stock gsr integra trans can hold more power than our stock s2000 trans

So, does the case flex from wear, and progressively loosens?
Hey when you get that trans apart, would you mind taking pictures and posting them?
