its their heavy duty pressure plate you want to stay away from. not the clutch itself.

we use competition clutch products for the street, and the "iron man" held up the longest on our 525rwhp street car on pump gas. It took a beating for almost a year. and when i say beating, i mean BEATING.

its a good clutch.

The "race clutch" isn't the clutch disc you are referring to...that is the heavy duty pressure plate. And that's what Ya was talking about. I have also stated that it's caused some leakages/failures as well on the slave cylinders of some S2000's. I've never taken apart the S2000 engine with a ACT HDPP on it but I am sure inlinePRO has and if they've been finding the thrust washers being worn down I wouldn't be surprised.
