it's got more than the ACT HDSS kit. I'd place a large sum of money on it. You don't need to take the shortcut method and just put on a heavier pressure plate to get the grip. You can change the composition of the discs instead.

I'm merely clarifying for readers that, contrary to what has been insinuated, the ACT PP has significantly more clamping force than OEM -- which is by design.
the clamping force is different from how well a clutch will grab or last. You want a pressure plate that will allow a soft pedal. the stiffer does not mean better.

I would agree to an extent. The clutch is still limited by the OEM disc on the abuse it can take and can't. It's a good clutch for the supercharged guys IMO because of how linear the superchargers are it's comparable to the competition clutch stage 3.
